The New Minds Beauty Academy ITEC Diploma for Beauty Therapy is a course designed for those who wish to become a qualified Beauty Therapist. Your qualification will enable you to go into business yourself or to work in a salon or spa environment.
Course Content – The ITEC Level 2 Diploma for Beauty Specialists is comprised of 5 modules including:
Skincare and Eye Treatments including facial treatments, cleansing toning and moisturising, eyebrow and lash enhancements, masks and facial massage.
Make-Up including correct use of cosmetics, make-up application, corrective make-up techniques and make-up for special occasions.
Manicure and Pedicure including nail shaping and filing, application of varnishes, cleansing of nails, manicure of nails, hand masks, exfoliation and thermal treatments
Waxing including use of hot wax and warm wax.
Professional Conduct and Business Awareness includes professionalism as a therapist, Marketing, Advertising, Business Practice, Health & Safety and Legislation.

Dates and Times: There are two options available
Full time: Monday-Thurs 9.30-4.30pm for 13 weeks
Part time: Commencing in February Monday and Thursday from 6.30pm – 9.30pm and every second Saturday from 9-5pm
